Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 20 days from the date of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Return

  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the receipt.
  • Ship the package to [insert return address] using a trackable courier service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, notify us within 5 days of delivery. We’ll provide a prepaid return label and issue store credit or an exchange upon receipt.
  • Other Returns: Approved returns will be processed as store credit (Web Money) at the original purchase value, valid for one year on www.uniqauragifts.com. No cash refunds will be issued.
  • Processing time: Refunds may take 7-10 business days after we receive your return.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, wear, or neglect.
  • Products purchased during special promotions or sales, unless defective.
  • Custom-made or personalized items.
